Hotel Booking Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be submitted in writing and will be subject to the following terms:

• 31 days or more prior to check-in: Full refund.
• 15 to 30 days prior to check-in: One night’s stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• Less than 15 days prior to check-in: No refund will be issued.

All refunds, where applicable, will be processed after deducting any applicable service or processing fees.

No-shows are considered cancellations and are non-refundable.

💳 Payment Instructions – Pay Later Option

If you selected the “Pay Later” option, an official invoice will be sent to your registered email address shortly.

The invoice must be paid within 15 days of the booking/invoice date.

Please ensure the total amount is paid in full, including any:

• Bank transfer charges

• Currency conversion fees

• Intermediary bank fees

⚠️ Short payments may delay the confirmation of your accommodation.

For international bank transfers, please request your bank to use the “OUR” instruction type, ensuring that you, the sender, bear all applicable transfer fees.
